You need a min of 250 gb of free drive space on a 1 TB drive. 100 GB of free space for the drive to work properly and 150gb for the game install.
Possibly 120 later.
That's for the final installation. It is common for games to need more than the final installation size to install properly. The game's system requirement lists a 150GB of free space for good reasons.
Since it does not weight but takes up space;)
If they sell physical copies, probably under 1 lb
For an HDD however, the weight doesn't change with the data written.

If you do not have what I posted free on your storage drive, get a upgrade or forget about buying it.
It needs be a SSD also. While the game will likely launch on a HDD, you will likely have performance issues.
