Bank robber’s sewer

Is there a separated section of the sewer? I found misnch the bank robber and the smell suggested sewer. But I think I’ve explored all of the section from basilisk gate already. The only part I’ve not gone to is the undercity ruins but I don’t think they’re there. I think that entire section is done. Is the stone lord in an entirely different section? Just yes or no. I’ll find it. There’s no need to tell me the exact place. Just knowing it’s inaccessible from here is enough.

There is a section of the sewers that is called the Abandoned Cistern. You'll have to pass skill checks or solve a puzzle to open a door, but it can be accessed.
