No date has been announced yet. They still doing the stress test. Depends how long the test runs and what bugs are found that need to be corrected before it releases.

It's a term usually reserved for measuring server capacity and stability, not for an "early access" to a patch (what an honour). What is there to "stress test" in the first place?
Are they at least trying to do the bare minimum of making sure the 12 new subclasses actually function when they're rolled out instead of being bugged to hell and back or something? Pact of the Tome feels like a kindergartner's attempt at making the subclass work and Arcane Trickster still doesn't work as it should at all, so there's that.
