You haven't broken anything yet.
If you are sure you have done everything else already in Acts 1 and 2, you should go to the point where you get the warning in the Gauntlet of Shar. Make sure you have Shadowheart in your team, as this is important for her personal quest. You also can win yourself an ally there.
The warning is there because passing that point will lock you out of any Act 1 areas, but all of Act 2 still will be there.
After that, assemble your favorite team combo and go and fight Ketheric atop Moonrise Towers.
This will open up a new area where you will be able to progress the quests you mentioned. If you explore this area thoroughly, that is. You may want to have Wyll in your team before you enter that new area.
I don't know how it is with Patch 7, but when you are done with that area, you may want to temporarily recruit the two companions who became available as companions in Act 2 (if you have them at all, that is). As of Patch 6 they only were available in Act 3 when they were part of the team between leaving the Act 2 main map until you arrive at the next campsite.
Oh, and if you don't have done it already, you may want to investigate that polygon structure at the central plaza in Reithwin. Can give you a nice temporary buff which can help with what is waiting for you in the area that opens up after facing Ketheric at Moonrise.
I'm not even sure if the game will allow to go to Baldur Gate if Ketheric is not "dead". He possess an essential quest item after all.
It will, unless this has changed. I fought them at least once before setting a foot in shar's temple, just wandering around looking for more stuff to do like the drinking mini-boss / gold mini-boss etc.
Last I tried, it allowed me to travel, gave me a cutscene and then a 'game over'.
