BTW, the only 'campaign' I know of (that I can use) is Spelljammer 5E ... and the authors of that mod just let me know on mod.io they finally got minimaps working on their maps because up until that point they couldn't figure out how to make minimaps with "moonglasses".
But the minimaps in it are working now ... and they say other modders may be able to add minimaps to their maps as well.
Please list the full DLC mods you have. I really want to play with them.
Word has it something is coming out called Forsaken, which will be a separate standalone campaign for the game (thus having none of the companion characters or existing content) which is also set entirely in the WoW universe, and not FR/Faerun, where your character will be a newly awakened Forsaken Undead.
Veilyn the Bloodletter doesn't add any areas to the game, it's at Nexus, but it does allow you to recruit a custom companion by that name and get his quests. (So I've heard. I can't run it.)
As I said, only mod I know of that truly adds new areas , maps, and quests to the existing campaign is the Spelljammer 5E Features mod, which, as you might expect, has all the new areas somewhere in outer space, which you explore on your space galleon. It didn't have minimaps for those areas until recently, but it finally has them now (which makes exploring those areas 2x better, of course.)
So I'm not sure if this is going to be:
1) a "redo" of BG2 in the BG3 engine
or
2) just a campaign set in Athlatkala in the time and place of the rest of BG3
And if by "campaign" they mean
1) going to Athlatkala at some point while playing within the existing campaign/storyline (like Spelljammer)
or
2) an entirely new campaign independent of the game's main story (and IF 2 is true, whether it will use any of the existing characters/companions)
Forsaken is now today on Nexus. Thanks to Maron for making me aware of this.

It is not an add-on to the BG3 campaign. It is a separate campaign. It uses none of the BG3 companions or characters. If you're not going to do it solo, or multiplayer, you will need to recruit hirelings if you want a party. It is not even set in the FR, you are actually a Forsaken in the village of Tirisfal Glades, in the WoW setting.... and so far, all that's available is just the starting zone Deathknell "teaser", with more to come later.
No voicing, no cutscenes.
But ... looks like it might have minimaps.

His Act 2 expansion will add some Wilderness areas to the S-CL, have you do more (interfering) interactions with the camp of the Absolute Army, and do some general adventuring and questing before you head on to the city in Act 3.
That looks more interesting to me than this Forsaken campaign.
This is great to see! ! ! I will check out these links and see what's cooking. I'd love to make another campaign, just for fun, using the assets from BG3. Try something small n' see if it works.

I THINK this is NOT a replacer campaign like Forsaken, but instead an actual add-on area and campaign to the main story. Asked the author for clarification.
However, it looks like it's very much a "WIP" - even the combat isn't working in it, yet (check the roadmap).
