Is there any difference between DLSS Quality and Balanced mode?
I switch between the two and notice no change to either the quality of the image OR my frame rate...

Then your GPU is not the bottleneck.

Should be. What is your GPU?

This game is CPU heavy, especially in Act 3. You might not see a change in framerate because it's not GPU that's limiting your fps.

Yeah, with that GPU you might as well run the game with DLAA or otherwise native resolution. Even Ryzen 7800X3D or 9800X3D are not fast enough to saturate 4090 in this game.

You should go with DLSS Quality then. I do using my RTX 3060ti OC. And your GPU is far superior to mine.

I also can tell the difference the in game graphic improvement. Don't go by the small sample they show.
