From what I've read, this is true also of the BG3 Mod Manager for Windows.
Again, I don't use Windows, but it SEEMS to me that almost every issue of external and in-game mods not getting along (or not showing up) seems due to use of Vortex.
In short, I'm not sure Vortex plays well with the in-game mod manager. From what I've heard, I can't speak from direct experience.
Mine show up in the manager, and they got overrides. You mean overrides that need to go directly into the data folder, as those won't show up.
What's questionable is why you think mods from a 3rd party mod manager would appear in the in-game mod manager in the first place. They are loaded and controlled by the 3rd party program, not the game manager.
Some of them might show up in the game manager, but many will not.
Probably because, outside of the mods that are injected into my Data folder specifically, my ingame Mod Manager sees, and can turn off all of my mods loaded from BGMM. And is it really hate when a ton of Nexus modders advise not to use Vortex because Vortex causes wonk with their mods? Absolutely not.
Re: Mods...
To start, even if English isn't your primary language, you need to be able to spell and type in English. Otherwise, nothing will be "shwoing up".
2nd, WTF are you doing with Vortex? BG3 has an excellent built-in mod manager that puts Vortex to shame.
I've got thousands of hours using Vortex for multiple games, it works fine. Mod creators do weird things, half of them can't figure out a basic file structure. Is it the best? No, but it loads mods fine.
Like I said earlier, some mods will show up and some will not. Some will cause multiplayer issues and some will not. The in game mod manager is terrible for a game that cares so much about load order. It has no built in way to set load order in stone, so I wouldn't trust it for anything important. Even Vortex can do that.
