Alfira must be alive to receive this item; although the quest can be completed with her dead, there is no one else to provide this specific reward. The only way to obtain this robe if you are Dark Urge is to knock Alfira out (in Act One) by using non-lethal attacks prior to actually going to sleep on the night she appears at your camp, thereby forcing a substitute, Quil, to appear in her place as the victim of the Dark Urge.

It's a crutch that shouldn't work at all, besides, if I'm playing as a villain, I don't want to help the Tiefling at all, I want to kill them along with the druids, in which case, there's no way to get this quest in the second act.

Get one of the many Potent Robe mods. Problem solved.

https://mod.io/g/baldursgate3/m/potent-robe-for-evil-playthroughs

That one will give you the robe in the Tutorial chest.

thx for this mod, but take it mantle at start, this is too much, well, at least let it be that way.
Or, you know, just don't get the potent robe?
It's almost as if choices have consequences and you simply can't get everything because of that. :pontius_confused:

There is absolutely nothing at all stopping you from murdering all of them at Last Light Inn after you get the robe. Including the people you just 'rescued'.

No idea what you're complaining about. Just because you save your murders for the opportune time doesn't make you a good guy.

"why is this incredibly good item hard to obtain"

If it's such a big deal just cheat it in for yourself you utter baby XD

In a way, that's even more evil. Help them as long as you have use for them. Win their trust. And when you don't need them anymore or just feel like it, kill them. Adds manipulation and betrayal on top of your murders.

If you plan to do a evil run then you should be prepared to lose some good gear sadly
