strange bug
Just had a honor run ruined by a bug. Saved the grove, and randomly had a tiefling guy enter dialogue. the narrator says "it seems mol kept her word on telling people you were threatening children" which never happened. Infact I saved the kids. Only options were a DC20 deception check (which wouldnt add my charisma modifier for some reason?) or attack. failed the check, stuck fighting all the tieflings and will die....

Are you sure you have not threatened any children? Other than the 2 quests there is 3 kids you need to go easy with them. I don't remember their names but there is one that is trying to sell you a ring, there is a little girl that is trying to steal you and a little boy you caught stealing a locket to another NPC. Doing the wrong thing with the 3 may trigger the issue you got.

I returned the ring and went easy on the 2 others because kids are kids.

Mol is hyper-sensitive, particularly about her little pack of thieves.

I'm not sure exactly what you may have done there, but I have over time learned to save Mirkon from the Harpies, save Arabella from the Druids, and basically not talk to any other kid in the Grove.

The names are Mattis (the one trying to sell you a ring), Silfy (the girl who tries to pickpocket you and whom you should go easy with), Barth (the NPC who is missing his locket) and Meli (the kid who stole the locket).

It also affects Mol's attitude towards you what you respond when Asharak asks you to tell the 3 kids he is training a story.
And maybe what you say when talking to Wyll while he is trying to teach Umi how to fight.

I had this happen to me, too. It's because you found the secret cave before talking to Mol and didn't leave immediately. It's an extremely broken script and prevents Mol from giving you a quest.
