Before Orin

Wiki sez if you cast speak with dead on Helena Anchev there's some unique dialogue with Orin, but how are you supposed to get to her before confronting Orin?

Sneak mode, there's a way on the left if i remember correctly. You can remove the people there without firing the Orin's fight

I thought that just being near Orin, regardless of stealth or invisibility, would trigger the fight. So I just invisibility'd my way there and back.

With Greater Invisibility you can actually kill Orin before the fight even begins.

Check you map and you will see there is 2 ways to go in Orin's room. Look for a opening / passage in a wall.
