How do I recruit both Halsin and Minthara?

I know this has been changed a few times in the past. Is this currently possible? If so, what are the steps to doing so?

Same way you do with mods. Knock out Mint. Save her at the Towers. Help Halsin remove the shadowcurse.

It is possible, if you do not kill Minthara in the goblin camp but simply knock her out,
Later, when you save her from the Moonrise Prison, you can accept her as a companion.

In my own playthrough, I recruited her even before Halsin because I had not fibnished the quest required to recruit Halsin yet.
