Change gender mid playthrough??

Not trolling or anything but all of these games these days insist on letting you chose male body, facial hair etc while having Female selected and vice versa... Well I accidentally had female selected while I made a male character.

I know you can respec mid playthrough but can you change your look and gender too midplaythrough? I am a few hours in and have restarted far too many times. Dont wanna do it once again!!!

You can change your voice and preferred gender at the Magic Mirror. Just double checked.

You can also change your appearance.

Yeah, I made a cute elf but had male pronouns selected so I used the magic mirror to change it to female pronouns. Kept the ♥♥♥♥ tho.

I'm pretty positive you can change your gender. You can also change your class at Withers. I think the only thing you can't change is your race.

We have transcended gender, so why stop here? I hope someone makes a mod to change races with the mirror or reclass.

Yeah I don't know what that is about, but people have their weird obsessions.

I honestly would love the option to be able to customize my followers in game. Make the companions look how I want them to look.

Yeah, I make Astarion look much younger. He shouldn't look like he is in his 40s being a fairly young High Elf. So I use Alluring Astarion plus the Enhanced Appearance to recolour his hair.

I do the same to Halsin as he too shouldn't look as aged as he does. Minthara gets a glow up as well. Wyll gets new hair, same for Shadowheart and a smaller jaw. Only one I don't typically touch is Jaheira and Minsc. Karlach gets her glowing script on her horns that's in the game files but not implemented.
