Which game would you guys recommend BG3 or KCD2

I can't decide whether to get KCD2, or BG3... I mean both games look amazing and great for fun and immersion.
What do you guys think and prefer? I am honestly torn between both of these great games.

Not sure why you believe KCD2 was a great game.

Well that's two totaly different games, but my heart definetly go toward BG3 wich have an insane level of polish and storylines. KCD2 have a lot of qualities but some flaws that turn me off (won't be able to save without CRAFTING AN ITEM on a 100+ hrs game being one of them... and yes i know it autosave when you exit but that make things tedious and in case their is crash... you lose your whole play session)

BG3 for sure, greatly superior in terms of choice and consequence. It's the better RPG without a doubt.

KCD2, no contest. BTW, asking in the BG3 hub is like going to someone's house and asking them "who has a cleaner house, you or your neighbor"? People here are obviously gonna tell you to get BG3 over KCD2, much like I expect people in the KCD2 hub would tell you to get KCD2 over BG3.

If you want impartial opinions, ask IRL friends who own both or go by reviews and personal taste.

I want to say BG3 is a great game but I for transparency's sake I need to also say that I have issues getting into it. I know its a great game but it just never clicked for me. I have never gotten past the first act. I have not played KCD2 either so there is that.

Going by reviews, BG3 is a superior game than KCD2. This is also after BG3 has been out for a year and half. Still rated "Overwhelmingly Positive".

I looked into KCD1 and 2. I don't like not being able to create my own char and the save system in KCD2 esp, sucks. The char animations also seem to not be as good as they are in BG3. Looking like a step backwards.

But as always, taste in video games is subjective. One should play what they enjoy and to hell with what others may think if they are having fun.
