But the body shaping mirror is probably the new feature Larian added in patch 4 or something.
There is now a big mirror hidden somewhere in your camp. Go on, find it, click it, I dare ya! ;)
Also watch your load order and avoid other appearance altering mods that are not on the compatibility list.
2) You'll need Divine Curse and Claws of Loviatar as well, Ring will not function without those. At least, not function in the progression it is supposed to do. You'll probably want to get Sharess Caress because the Divine Curse Framework/Loviatar Claws does not change armor/clothes to fit the new reshaped body and Lazy will not make the mod do so. It is too much work, and frankly, I do not blame him. It took the mod author for the Basket of Clothes two years to get the number of items in that mod. Lazy would need to modify more items for his mod, than that person did (believe I had came up with over 1,000 modifications and that was just for Clothing, I hadn't even included Light ~ Heavy Armor, or Camp clothes when I had this conversation with someone in Lazy's server).
3) The ring only adds the Consort of Graz'zt Title and the Womb Tattoos. It does NOT begin the body transformations. For that, you need to get the Claws of Loviatar which is given to you by Abdirak in the Shattered Sanctum of the Goblin Camp once you pass his three Alleviation checks for Loviatar's prayer. Once you have the Claws of Loviatar, you need to take an accumulative 100 damage to transform your body with the Remodel framework then long rest after hitting the threshold. You'll get a popup letting you know you have hit the threshold.
4) For progress on the Graz'zt Ring, you click the funny heal button that does not look like healing until your character passes out on the floor. Now do it again three more times. Next step is to whip a companion until they pass out. Congrats! You just tamed one of them and made them your sex servant.
