Umm. I am 80. Started playing video games right after I retired at 53. I certainly have not "grown" out if it.
Some video games and hobbies in general, are not for everyone. There are some video games I have no interest in playing. Elden Ring and Cyberpunk is a couple. The theme of a game must appeal to me first off. And I happen to enjoy turn base combat.
I mean your question seems really stupid, but as one who also suffer from lots of intellectual contradictions and try to find a "logical way" to escape them.
One should recognise that sometimes the only solution is a good knife.
Playing a video game is not on that list, so don't sweat it.
You got it wrong: this is not the Dragon Age Veilguard forums.
Reciting words of wisdom isn't actually possessing wisdom, just spreading the base level of enlightenment. Char development and hobby searching for a wholesome life experience isn't the pursuit to happiness. Looking inward and asking the tough questions is worth more then any sunset or fleeting feeling. Ask yourself why you think and feel a way and one day you won't feel the need for simple pleasures, your hard work will seem insignificant to the feeling of peace. This game causes me stress on my wishlist during my recreation and I seek to know why. Being interesting isn't important either, other people's opinions only matter if you let them and my family has the highest respects for me. I don't need to impress anyone or prove myself to myself.
"Dumb joke" strikes me as the high-probability interpretation, though
Do yourself a favor and buy it, it's totally worth the price and you will have a great time exploring all its richness and possibilities.
