Free pass into House of Hope bug [act 3 spoilers]

I heard that you can make Helsik open a portal to Raphael's realm for free, if you pass checks onto exhibits in Devil's Fee and expose her as real diabolist. You will be able to offer her some trinkets from House of Hope

I passed checks on these exhibits. But that dialogue option doesn't appear, the only options are

1.pay 20k
2.pass speech checks to make it 10k
3.back

No option to get portal opened for free. Is this a bug or I still missing something?

Warlocks have an option with helsik. Not a bug, just the wrong class.

It is also possible to just steal everything you need to open the portal.

But really, who doesn't have plenty of unused gold by that point in the game?

So I never pay her. I just go upstairs, disarm the trap, and use the materials for free while robbing her of the mask of perception.

Im reminded of another option, you can do a collection for helsik in house of hope, aquiring the gauntlets of frost giant power to waive the price. Then it goes into her inventory and you can buy or steal it right back.
