No. But you can become a "vampire spawn".*

* Under certain circumstances.

Well, OK, there actually is one way you can become a vampire. But you must start out by playing as Astarion.

So what is a "vampire spawn"? Can I now do Vampire things in combat? Is it in depth?

Astarion is a vampire spawn. He can (under certain circumstances) become a full vampire by the end of the game.

If you just want to bite people, Astarion can do that right from the start of the game.

For "reasons" he does not have all the powers of a normal vampire spawn, but he also doesn't have the weaknesses either.

You get a special bite power once per long rest. That's about it. The tadpole short circuits most of the vampire powers.

Nah, I want to be Vampire with Vampire abilities in Combat and skills.

Steam has NO good Vampire games. Those that are there, are either failed games or from Gamplay Videos looks extremely liniear.

Man I am just sad. Last good game as Vampire I played was back in 2000 and something on Windows XP days.

Vampire Masqurade Bloodlines. Nothing has ever topped that experience for me. The market has no good Vampire games.

Dawn of Bloodwalker released, but it looks so ..... bad. I assume that I had more fun on Skyrim as a Vampire than what I would have on Bloodwalker.

Thought this game might scratch that itch, but looking at the link shared, you only can do 3 moves as a Vampire it seems.
Yeah, a lot of people seem to like Vampyr.

Personally, I have no interest in vampire games, and mostly no interest in vampire fiction, but that's just me.
You can technically in the base game either with playing as Astarion or being his vamp bride when he asends, he turns into a horrible monster and treats you like crap. I personally use a few mods for a better vampire experience, the path of undeath and its expansion bloodtrail, it allows you to become a vampire, earn loads of new cool abilties through the course of your game as you grow. I'd recommend that and a few vampire apperance mods, it's a much better vampire experience giving you skills and abilities of a vampire as you grow in power.
While there is a vampire companion, the key bits of being a vampire (exploding if you see the sun, being afraid of garlic, not being invited to peoples houses etc) aren't really reflected - and only one area in the final act of the game has vampires as a central theme. If a vampire adventure is what you're hungering for, unfortunately BG3 isn't a great fit.
*shrugs*

You can mod in the Vampire bits. Siaell has two mods for turning your character into a Vampire with extensive abilities, "quest progression", interactions at night that affect how you work during the day, vampire weaknesses and strength.

These Vampire changes do change Astarion to a degree.
Notably D&D is not one of the settings where vampires are cool, broody and sexy. D&D vampires are more old school, victims of a curse style. Vampires are, to a one, utterly miserable and the most famous D&D vampire, Strahd von Zarovich, is basically an incel with delusions of grandeur being used as entertainment by sadistic godlike entities.
