Mods with friends
So me and my friends are goign to be playing a modded run, i gave them a list of mods of which that will be fine for their first run (mostly cosmetic and QOL mods). I was just wondering when i host the game will my other mods that i have installed try and work alongside theirs or is it a matter of only the mods that everyone has will be in play.

I haven't done a modded multiplayer runs so i was confused on how it actually worked.

Any feedback would be appreciated

P.S if i didnt make myself clear please lmk cause im stupid ty.

Only set of same mods. Best to set a shared folder so everyone can sync up with that.

As said above my post, only set of same mods, and i want to add, also in the same load order, otherwise it will give you failure to connect to the host.

I see i see, makes sense. Would it also matter with load order say if you used the in game mod manager as well, since it automatically judges load order?

Theoretically no, practically you should count on it. The modsettings file can be shared as well, alongside the mods. That way you do not need to worry about anything.
