Just look at Arcane. It was a massive hit, and told it's story in 2 seasons. And the second season was only "meh"
Minthara is part of the "evil" storyline, so probably not canon
You could work around that. The party leaves her for dead, but she's only injured. Then she gets hauled off to Moonrise Towers to stand trial for her crappy security arrangements.
Hire good writers, and you'll have a great story. You think they'd just write an exact copy of the game to a series?
Sorry, but it's far beyond the actual technology to make interactive TV series ... doesn't mean it will be impossible in the future with IA. If I start a post to ask the players what should be the ending, the answers will go all directions, no agreement.
gonna ignore you skipping over a ton of stuff, but you cant imagine all of that taking more than 1 episode?
anyways, id rather new original stories rather than dumbing down a branching one into a show
also, the less details of the 'canon' version of bg3's events the better
you people need to lose the weird parasocial obsession with that man just cause hes hot and shares a hobby
Ah so yes, you do think they'd just copy the game verbatim to screen.
I think people are just wanting to see the guy in something after the debacle that was the witcher.
Unless it does well, then it wasn't woke to begin with!
