Volo eye quest

Now when I talked to Volo in regards to the tadpole problem and he examined me he didn't do the surgery I ended up with the "Blazer of Benevolence" Does that mean I won't be able to get the eye for seeing invisibility?

the blazer is a reward for saving him. he should do the surgery if you talk to him again later. or maybe you didn't use the right dialogue options ?

or maybe you had the Hag's eye instead ?

The first time he examines you he won't perform the deed right away.
He even says this to you if you paid attention. He needs to "study" the problem, and after some point you'll be able to go back to him and ask again.

If you already knew about this you probably saw it on some guide, the guide should have told you about this too :P

No I do remember him telling me about he needs to study the problem but I thought that when I got the Blazer I had actually screwed something up.
