Is there a mod that expands on Wither's Wardrobe of Wayward Friends?

We have 4 people for in our campaign. One of them is not available to play, so we invited a different, 5th friend to fill in for our campaign with the thought that they could create their own character. However, each time they join, they are automatically assigned the 4th custom created character.

I would like to have it so any new person that joins can have their own character that they can create and use whenever we swap someone out.

I think there is. I just have not tested it, so you best consult the modding scene rather than asking here.

Are you saying there is one, that you just haven't used yet? Can you provide the name of the mod, because I am unable to find anything on the Nexus that might support this kind of feature.
