Question about clothing

So Im right guessing that all the shorts or vids Ive seen with "sexy" clothing are probably mods right? or are they part of the game?

Yes, and No.

There are some borderline "skimpy" outfits in the game by default, but are usually found in the final act of the game.

A lot of the outfits that you may have seen in those shorts are found in the game, but the video author modded the game to have access to that outfit earlier, or to use the visuals of that outfit in the place of another armor's visual (there is a mod called transmog that does this)

There is no new game plus.

Also when i say final act of the game, keep in mind that the final act of the game is fairly lenghty, so when you do get there, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the view...

Keep in mind that if you don't like the look of the armors in the game, you can choose to have your camp clothing as your default appearance, meaning that while you are wearing your heavy armor for example, your character will look like it's wearing a normal adventurer shirt and pants.. or be completely naked - you can remove the camp clothing and then force it on the inventory, and your character will be battling out the beasts of hell while naked, this would have been kinda funny if anyone reacted to the nudity.

Anyway, there are also a fair amount of variety of camp clothing for you to find throughout the game. Point is, there are plenty of fashion choices for you to choose from. But yeah, as time goes on, chances are the most outrageous ones will probably be only found on PC through mods.

Maybe, most clothes I have seen in video are in game. Lots of sexy clothes in Act 3, its the camp clothing you see in those video's.

I have my toons run around with camp clothing almost exclusively once I get to Act 3.

Check the vendors again after a long rest, they restock inventory and new random stuff or dyes tend to show up. Most of what they carry is not "fixed" but the tables used do cause certain things to populate more commonly than other things.

At any point in the game you can switch from displaying your armor to your camp clothes (even though you still are wearing your armor). You can also take off your camp clothes and just wear your underwear. Or you can take that off too.

So you can just walk your characters around with them in underwear or even completely naked if you want. And judging by the screenshots, some people do want that.
