Not impressed.
12 Fighter
don't need any stats. just pop a elixir + haste. OPOP
Warlock 6 (Pact of the Blade) / Fighter (Battle master 6)
Stats: 10 / 14 / 15 / 10 / 10 / 16
Feats:
Warlock 4 - Resilient CON
Fighter 4 +2 CHA
Fighter 6 +2 CHA
Start as a Warlock and you can either take Wyll straight to level 6 Warlock or dip 1 level of Fighter for armor. After 6 levels of Warlock, rest in Fighter. Take Battle master at Fighter 3 and for maneuvers I like Riposte and Precision attack, third can be whatever.
End-game gear:
For the weapon, Duellist's prerogative. Between Pact of Blade extra attack, Figter Extra attack that stack to give you 3 attacks, and you get fourth attack as bonus action with this weapon. 4 attacks, every round, solid stuff.
I also like to give Wyll Band of Mystic scoundrel and Helmet of Arcane acuity. This makes it so that after hitting with a weapon attack, you can cast any Enchantment or Illusion spell as bonus action and Helmet of Arcane acuity makes it so that you will have really high DC for all your spells.
For Warlock spells with this gear I've been using:
Hex
Command
Invisibility
Misty step
Counterspell
Fear
This has been really fun build, at least for me. And most importantly, OP.
Rest from start lol
Just respec str at lvl 3 warlock
Don’t see how this build is more OP than pure paladin or even pure warlock but hey if it works for you works for you
Both are intended mechanics, as far as I can tell. You do you, I find changing stats to be too gamy and immersion breaking.
Ok, but you can always respec into once you get the gear...
7 Paladin/5 Warlock is also really good, but arguably weaker due to less feats.
