I like to entertain, hence why i got into the clown business.. and if you think my rant was about the game winning GOTY you really should join my circus
He's just trolling hoping to get a ton of rewards like the other trolls....
Surprise people still can't figure that out lol.
Act 3 is still a complete mess.
But after some time it kinda really focus towards the game end events and stuff and became quite more engaging and fun to me
I also never had noticeable bugs or issues in my 40 hours Act3 playtime...
Add that to the poor performance, bugs, and incomplete quests and storylines, and yeah... act 3 wasn't great.
I've played through it several times, but I do agree with the above sentiments about glitches and weird design choices. Act 3 feels rushed and incoherent. Well, let me rephrase that: Act 3 *was* rushed, and is therefore somewhat incoherent.
I'm not sure if it is the best game I've played this year, but personally I would only give it a B+ (especially given the lack of tools for building custom modules).
Weird too because I'm holding acceptable framerates on a mid PC at max settings.
Then again, I don't have a meltdown if the game has a few frame drops here and there. Especially in a game with this kind of pacing where reaction speeds aren't all that important.
