Stained glass puzzle help!
This is the puzzle in the Rosymorn Monastery for the blood of Lathander.
It requires you to place ceremonial weapons atop altar.
Unfortunately for me I have sold the ceremonial battlaxe a few full rests ago it seems it’s lost forever.
Any other way to resolve the quest?
I can see the door but the DC is 30 for lock picking and I can only get max +9 bonus which means i’ll never hit 30 even if I roll 20.
Any ideas?

Ive heard blabber that the rusty versions of the weapons found in rosymorn may work too.

1. Buy it back
2. Wait for crit success / respec some char to get more in lockpick.

Even if it had DC 300 you would always open it with 20 since it's critical success(similarly if you throw 1 you will always fail no matter bonuses you got). Unless you're running mods I don't think shops would ever remove ceremonial weapons either. Also you can complete the blood of lathander even without doing that puzzle.

I have never tested this, but I have heard that *any* battleaxe, *any* mace, etc. will work.

Also, if you roll a 20 it's an automatic success. Just saying. But easier to try a replacement battleaxe.

ok I solved by rolling a natural 20, thanks for the advice.
