Can I make her kill herself somehow?

Try short resting if you have any left. This could patch her up, so she is able to leave on her own.
Reminds me of the one thread from a month or two ago.
Their game got softlocked that way.
If that's the case, then reloading an earlier save is most likely the only way to resolve it, unfortunately. Resting wouldn't help as she'd be stuck in the colony regardless.
She was downed during the Thorm fight and after it ended I teleported out without getting her up.
Better check the food she is prepping for everyone from now on thoroughly.
I see. Well, in that case, reloading an earlier save is the only option here. If she were dead and gone, Withers would've made it a trivial matter. Her being aliive, however, is terrible in that specific situation.
I dunno, are there console commands* for BG3? If so, that may also do the trick to circumvent reloading an earlier save.
E: * https://www.videogamer.com/guides/baldurs-gate-3-cheats/ There are, apparently. It is worth a try, should you be unwilling to go through it again. :D
E2: According to some sites there are and to others there are none. One of the reasons the Net can be unreliable most of the time. Still, it's worth a shot anyway.
However, likely it is easier just to go back to a previous save in this case.
I would say, before teleporting out, it's worth going back up the lift to top up health and spells at the reguvination station. Saves a long rest.
