Selling Gith egg in Act 3 (spoilers)
Hey, has anyone got to see the egg hatch if sold in Act 3?
I gave the Owlbear Egg to Lady Esther in Act 1, but eventually acquired the Gith egg from Creche. It was chilling in my camp chest up until I met the Society of Brilliance guy in Act 3, and apparently, you can still sell the egg directly to him.
I sold it, but it still has not hatched after 3 Long rests... Does it hatch if sold in Act 3?

Unfortunately the quest is over at that point. There is no hatching later on.

like others have stated the only outcome for the egg is to sell it, nothing else to it
