Did ANYBODY return Scratch to their former owner?
Like, I can see it happening on a 'what will happen' mindset, but did anyone seriously consider doing that on anything over than 'pure evil' playthroughts? Even then I won't be shocked if, like, only 20% of them did so.

Did you get the scene where they're sleeping together and you get the option/possibility to pet both of them at the same time?

I killed the owlbear cub because I read somewhere that it would kill Scratch if they were both at the camp for a while. It might not even have been true but I totally panicked at the thought.

It's not. It's just the opposite in fact. The cub and Scratch become incredibly close.

Playing evil just let me feel like it was less of a character break to murder that kennel master.

I have never done it and never will. It's one of the things in this game I'm physically unable to do no matter how curious I'd be to see what happens.

So many killed the tiny owlbear, where being a dnd player for years come in handy there is a reason why that egg is worth so much more owlbears are some of the best guard pets in dnd if you get them while eggs and young

But even has an evil player you keep loyal pets its a rule people may turn on you but a loyal beast is a perfect minion

I accidentally killed the owlbear on my DU playthrough because it attacked me in the goblin camp when fighting some goblins.

No and if I had been given to option of killing her, I would have gladly done so and in the most painful way possible. Not even when playing evil would I ever go that far of returning the dog to that monster.
I wouldn't play with people who kill either Scratch or the young owlbear either.

I used the owlbear cub as an improvised weapon against its mother.
