Who is Ellie May? *Possible spoilers*

In the Shadowlands there's a grave and my character says hes seen that name before, but I been trying to figure out if I met this person and just don't remember her? I can't seem to find anything online except that in the first BG there was a girl named Ellie but I never played the first game. Is Ellie May the same Ellie from the first game or did I meet someone I just am not remembering?
