If you genuinely just mean "where is Minthara", leave the prison where you saved the druid. To your right is a ladder that goes up to a little wall/rampart thing. Climb that, Minthara's in the room on the other side.
If you drank the potion but it failed, I'm going to assume you're playing an elf or half-elf. If that's the case, there is no way to resolve the priestess's scene without starting a fight. Better to just ignore her.
But yes, if you want Minthara, you'll need to reload.
Go to the upper right corner of the map and cross a bridge. Talk to Minthara and tell her where the grove is.
Kill the Tieflings and the druids, get laid, get a magic guitar. Go to act 2 and then rescue her from the prison with a potion of invisibility.
That's what you gotta do in a nutshell.
Yeah that's what I said. Reload from before you talked to Gut. Talking to Gut OR Dror Ragzlin can both cause hostilities, and neither of them have real quests so don't talk to them.
It's about abilities and skills, not about the plot.
Another thing to keep in mind though, is that Minthara is a paladin herself, and makes a good Oathbreaker paladin.
