Explain how to find Mintara. I'm confused.
I'll explain the situation step by step. My team was divided and only my main character was chosen (I didn’t notice this and just went forward). I went into the goblin building and there was a grandmother standing in front. I went up to talk to her, she said that she could cure my illness. Afterwards I went into the room with her, she told me to drink some kind of potion, in the end it didn’t work and this woman attacked me. Then in this entire building all the goblins attacked me. I killed them all, entering the building with the rest of my companions.
Then I walked forward through the building and killed the following goblins. As a result, I reached the door after which the druid appears, and it seems like I saved him. He wants to help me with my illness, but I can also help him with the grove. I saved this dialogue and did not choose anything for now.

What to do next?

You screwed up by talking to Gut. Can't recruit her.

I have a save before entering the door. And during the dialogue I may not help him.

Making the goblin camp hostile locks you out of Minthara. You have to kill her to resolve the quest now. And the only way to recruit her is to turn on the grove and kill everyone.

If you genuinely just mean "where is Minthara", leave the prison where you saved the druid. To your right is a ladder that goes up to a little wall/rampart thing. Climb that, Minthara's in the room on the other side.

Do I need to go back to the save where I first entered the building? The grandmother herself begins the dialogue, but I no longer remember what the answer options are with her.

If you drank the potion but it failed, I'm going to assume you're playing an elf or half-elf. If that's the case, there is no way to resolve the priestess's scene without starting a fight. Better to just ignore her.

But yes, if you want Minthara, you'll need to reload.

For the drow.

Reload your save from before talking to Gut.

Go to the upper right corner of the map and cross a bridge. Talk to Minthara and tell her where the grove is.

Kill the Tieflings and the druids, get laid, get a magic guitar. Go to act 2 and then rescue her from the prison with a potion of invisibility.

That's what you gotta do in a nutshell.

She is hostile and attacks. I'll have to rollback the save to the first time I entered the building.

Yeah that's what I said. Reload from before you talked to Gut. Talking to Gut OR Dror Ragzlin can both cause hostilities, and neither of them have real quests so don't talk to them.

OK. If I have any questions, I will write here again.

Thank you.

After talking to Mintara about the attack, I ruined my paladin oath and was given the opportunity to join the evil side. Is it good or bad?
It's about abilities and skills, not about the plot.

Bad. But also possibly fun.

Well its "evil" path. But gameplay-wise, Oathbreaker paladin is the strongest of Paladin classes and in top3 character classes in the game. But does it fit you how you want to play the game or not, is up to you. Do you want to be evil and merciless, or a good guy?

Another thing to keep in mind though, is that Minthara is a paladin herself, and makes a good Oathbreaker paladin.

I'm concerned about the character's abilities, whether they will be worse than those of a regular paladin.
