How do I swap weapon's model?

I just downloaded a weapon mod and I want to change its texture with the vanilla weapon model. Is it possible? and if it is, how can I do that?

What's the mod called?

It's called "Blackrazor - Legendary Soul-Devouring Greatsword"

Its using the sword of chaos model

and I want to change its model into Voss' Silver Sword. However the "Blackrazor" is a greatsword and "Voss' Silver Sword" is a longsword is it possible?

According to the posts in the forum(where you should be asking this question) a longsword version of the weapon is in the works as well as balancing apparently.
So id say just wait till then before doing anything.
