2. Consider how time and aging can be different in the planes. Astral for example you dont age on and why Voss and other gith are around for so long(its also why they breed in the prime).
3. I'd not over think it. Timey whimey and retcons and all that sort of thing. Best just grab a book from the library and sit by the pool... I think there's still a pool now...
So Rise of Tiamat must have taken place in 85 at the latest which still doesn't make sense within the timeline since that would mean that BG3 plays in 92 which it can't because of Descent into Avernus.
