profane womb

in the necrotic laboratory of act 2 there is a formation of 6 profane wombs around some sort of magic circle. is there something to do with it/them or are they simply decorations and i can break the profane wombs?

Depending on some of your choices You and your party may end up captured by Balthazar and locked inside the profane wombs. I have not had this occur in any of my playthroughs yet.

well since it did nothappen to me i assume it means i can break them.

I think they make a acid surface when you break them too but not sure.
