So this permanent buff gives advantage vs bleeding targets which would work great with amulet of Bhaal .

But I read somewhere that the buff disappears upon death, and some posts also are saying that it randomly disappears in act 3 .

Have anyone used it and have experience with it? If it’s indeed a permanent buff it would be fun to try build a party around it. It’s like having the risky ring for the entire party if you get the amulet and hit bunch of enemies with whoever has the amulet
