The Minthara Sheep Trick does not Get Enough Love

Someone posted this in another thread from a written source, apologies to them, as I do not remember who they are. Anyway, someone figured out how to recruit MInthara without causing the Tiefs to die by polymorphing her and using dominate beast. Such creativity demands respect, imo :D

no clue what people have with her and all the talk around her... She's never anything more than a enemy to kill in my game. No clue why would you want to recruit your enemy, i guess cos you can?

Goblins are at war with you the fight at druid games makes sure of that so anything after that is irrelevant cos holding grudges is important.

They aren't at war with us personally. The Merc dudes tried to break into their camp with Halsin and then legged it to the grove as they bit off more than they could chew and messed up, and you are dragged into the fray. The remaining goblins are never hostile afterwards, at least to me.

Anyway, in this path, the goblins still die, you just save Minthara who is dominated by the Absolute.

You don't have to use a weapon on them. If you've never managed to aggro them, good for you. I've had to reload a couple of times because they all attacked me.

Anyway, the goblins don't attack you, you attack them. They are attacking the Tiefs and the mercs, technically, and you auto pick the opposing side.

This post wasn't about that though, since as I already said, they still kill the goblins.

well they attacked me always, if no one else the two archers always tried to kill me. Same as all the goblins after if you don't succeed at some kind of weird as roll.
