Cant find oath of the crown but see other new subclasses

Title basically , i only get three basic choices as a paladin but if go to warlock i see the hexblade option... is this a level three thing?

Are you the right level for the subclass to appear? Guessing that's it.

EDIT: Nevermind, Paladin is level 1.

sorcerer, cleric, paladin and warlock have sublcasses at level 1, it should appear in character creation of a new game

For anyone using mods:

If you uncheck all your mods, then go to character creation (fresh not on a save) and then check cleric, if you see death domain then you should be fine. Then you can back peddle and uncheck all the mods you're using and repeat the process till you fin the culprit.

If you're not using the mods via the mod menu in-game then idk lol

Yeah, shows up for me too as it turns out. Guessing mod issue, but who knows.

fixed:
- uninstall the game
- delete appdata larian bgr folder
- delete steam bg3 folder
- unsubscribe all mod from https://mod.io/g/baldursgate3
- reinstall the game

If you miss some subclasses, try changing langage back and forth , it fixed it for some people !

Best to assume that absolutely no mod that hasn't updated today (or later) is supporting patch 8 ;)

I have about 40 of them around half of them required an update, most are working the only one that caused major bugs like hiding the new subclasses is the Starting Armour list library for modders to use. So Any mods used with that as its Lib will bug out the CC screen and you won't see the new subclasses.

Only other things that seem to be broken in interactions is withers in conjunction with mods and outdated libs.
