I hope that the consequences will not be the same as in DragonAge Origin or Mass Effect 3.
In Mass Effect 1 + 2 I had 3 different savegames, and what is ... You can * select * the end no matter what you did before.
In DragonAge Origin the problem was that the consequences were only noticeable in this Karpitel area and in the subsequent conversation in the camp, otherwise everything always came to the same thing.
It would be nice if BG3 does that better.
I agree, the choices in ME and DA are all meaningless. I do hope that BG3 does better and have meaningful mutually exclusive paths/choices, because it honestly adds to the replayability.
