Baldur's Gate 3

I'm an Addict.
Hi. My name's Blitz. I'm an addict. I'm addicted to Quick Saves. The guy in the video below was the old me. I have quick save bound to my mouse and can't stop.

I'm hoping the devs can help me overcome my addiction by not allowing me to do it. I think gamers are divided on the topic and so are the devs. I'd like to make one request for the game, no not VR, but when I create a new game to let me choose if I can quick save or not for the life of that save.

Conversations should have consequences and rewards beyond the actual conversations where its harder to go back to a save and 'fix' it. There shouldn't be a right or wrong choice, just a meaningful one. I get wanting to see all the outcomes of a conversation in one playthrough, but a player should still have a meaningful choice.

I hope that the consequences will not be the same as in DragonAge Origin or Mass Effect 3.

In Mass Effect 1 + 2 I had 3 different savegames, and what is ... You can * select * the end no matter what you did before.

In DragonAge Origin the problem was that the consequences were only noticeable in this Karpitel area and in the subsequent conversation in the camp, otherwise everything always came to the same thing.

It would be nice if BG3 does that better.

I agree, the choices in ME and DA are all meaningless. I do hope that BG3 does better and have meaningful mutually exclusive paths/choices, because it honestly adds to the replayability.
