Whenever I start the game inside the Nautiloid, my character starts with 0 weight capacity, I thought it was some mod, so I reinstalled the game and nothing has changed! HELP! I NEED SOMEBODY! HELP!

Problem on the ability of weight to carry

The patch has just arrived and I already have a problem. Unless I'm mistaken, I think the developers forgot to give us the ability to carry a bag of provisions because it's too heavy and it doesn't matter if I take a warrior with maximum strength.

That what I'm saying if you max out your Fighter strength stat you should have 150+ weight limit.
the supply pack only weight 5.
A mod or something must be messing with your weight.

I'm automatically at 0 for weight capacity. No mods are enabled

Hmm perhaps a bug then? I haven't played the new patch yet, so I'll have to hop on and see if I experience something similar. The fact you aren't getting an additional carry increase as strength goes up sounds odd.

From the sound of it he has zero weight since start.
I already started twice, one for solo another for multiplayer with friends.
One a fighter (160 weight)
another a wizard (80 weight)
Something definitely off.

He said no mod enabled I wonder if he has a mod still interfering even if it disabled.

Either that or a reinstall is in order. I didn't even think having 0 carry weight was possible.

If you have any mods installed, or were you using any in previous game versions, try completely removing them (check the 'Mods' and 'Public' folders in the '..\SteamApps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data' folder, if either folders are present, it is safe to delete them).

Weight seems completely wrong now. My rogue got a weight 40, with no inventory items and their gear is just about 10 weight. No clue what the heck is going on.

a note that my daughter created a character and did NOT have this problem with the character she created so it seems to be random

they lowered weight amounts i think. cause it seems i become overencumbered easily as wizard. or maybe it is just the camp supplies adding weight to inventory
