Rescue the Druid Halsin quest [BUG] HELP!!!

Ok so I've been playing this game and it's awesome! But I'm having some issues with the Halsin Quest.

First Off I freed Halsin from his cage in the goblin camp. Afterwords I realized that he was triggering combat when trying to leave. He ended up dying in combat but I was able to save 3/4 of my party.

Thats when I had an Idea

I returned to the Druid Grove and bought some Resurrection scrolls, my idea was to resurrect Halsin and the NPC he was attached to ( MY guess is because I initiated dialogue with halsin while in control of that Character]

I then realized my npc and halsin were layered on top of each other so if I resurrect halsin he will trigger combat, so i then realized I could "shove" his corpse out of the way. That allowed me to shove him out of tthe goblin camp and effectively resurrect him.

One problem tho

My quest log is saying that he is dead even tho he is technically in my party.

He doesnt respond to clicks. I tried bringing him back to the druid camp. I cant rest because he will get stuck at the camp.

Basically theres a bunch of BUGS regarding this quest. Especially if you try to think outside the box and cheese.

You should be able to cheese and still complete the quest.

Just kill all three goblin leaders. Halsin will be spawned after you talk with the tiefling guy and rest. That happened to me, but I wouldn't guarantee either.
