What language do they speak when they say the words for their spells? I'm curious!

Latin, like in the old Baldur's Gate games and some other fantasy games.

In D&D lore the language of magic should be Draconic.

Yeah, you can call it "Draconic" to make it sound more exotic, but it's just Latin. Inventing a coherent and logical language was way too much work for 2 dudes in a garage in the 60s, early 70s.

People saying latin are right, same for the ones saying spanish. It really depends on the spells, for example on imperious order, and the spells that force u to some subject they say Imperor (and the action), Or Imperor Tivi (i dont know if it's good typed but kinda like that ) wich means I order you to, or "im your superior/boss". But Thunder spells they say detono wich means detonate on spanish, and on lating it's not Detono or Detona. Speak with animals has 2 versios, one says smth on latin and the other says "Amigos animales" wich means friend animals. For light they say Fiat Lux and Sol invictus(god of the sun), wich is saying "let there be light". On the healing spells they say if it's single target "Te curo" and if its multi target "Os curo" wich means "i heal you" in plural and singular on spanish. And there are a lot more of translations wich i can't think of right now hahaha.
