Mage Armour + Mirror Image + Blur
Can you stack buffs like in bg1+2? Or are you forced to just use 1?

Most buffs require concentration. These can't be stacked, unless you have several spellcasters. Then they can all buff one character.

All the buffs you mentioned stack, but in general maintaining a buff requires concentration, and you can only concentrate on one spell at a time. In this case Mage Armor and Mirror Image are exceptions that don't require concentration while Blur does. So if you wanted to cast Haste which also requires concentration, you would have to drop Blur.

As long as a buff has a different name then it should be able to stack. Like was mentioned earlier, the main limiting factor is concentration. Mage armor is not concentration and can be mentally filed away as just armor. Mirror Image and Blur cast together is actually a really popular combination in the tabletop version of 5e to make an exceptionally elusive caster. Does take a couple rounds to set up, though.

lets see it that way

Mage armor is only +3 IF you wear a robe max, which is 11AC, +3 = 14AC
Dex tops is +4 if you invested to get 18dex, most likely you will only get +3 which is 17.

17 is ok but not crazy hard to bypass

Mirror image only adds +3x3 that each miss on you dispells 1, so 3 hits and its over and you are back to only having blur on.

blur only gives disadvantages.

you know what can have 19AC no buff and a disadvantage hit on you every turn for nothing ? a light cleric, you technically even can have 21AC for your concentration.

Like other people said, yes you could stack. however that means wasting 3 spell slot which is exactly half your total spell slot allocation for the day, for what is mostly just temporary buff leaving you with pretty little offensive spell to muster for the fight.

If you want more AC for almost no cost, pick dwarf or githyanki, they get medium armors for free.

mage armor is as good as +1 studded leather. Really good if your caster doesn't have armor proficiency. Plus mage armor means abjurer's arcane ward is almost a guarantee at the beginning of the day.Flat disadvantage from blur is really good and means that, at the very least, nobody will have advantage to hit you. Having +3-9 AC when you are already at 17 is ridiculous and is a good way to almost ensure a good few misses. It's effective when needed (like if you need to abuse help to get your team back in the fight and can't afford to go down). Not something you want to do every fight, but pre-casting a couple before stepping into a known-to-be hard fight wouldn't be a bad idea.

Cheers for all the answers.

Another quick question.

Is picking the Mage Armour Invocation on Warlock wasted then? Because i could just wear some light armour to get my AC up?

mage armor is equivalent to +1 studded leather. If you can get some +1 studded leather then it's a waste. You get your slot back on a short rest so it's really up to you if you want to wear one of the magical robes or not. Personally, I would avoid it. There is some pretty good magical light armor in the game, your spell slot would be better spent on hex, and your invocation better spent on agonizing blast. For your other invocation you have more freedom, butrepelling blast, the speak with animals one, etc. may be a better use. If multiclassing was enabled, then the infinite mage armor invocation pairs really well with an abjurer wizard. But it's not, so yeah...
