Also, would be cool if they added an import/export character tool similar to the original Baldur's Gate games.
If such settings are able to be exported, it would be only settings/text, not actual texture/colors.
So if you choose a certain long hair, color shade of brown, it would be like, example: "Hair:23lkjd9324 , Color: aiocd94jfh375". So if Larian or a mod changes what's behind those codes, you'll have error/crash/completely different outcome.
So my bet is that we will not see such function before launch, if at all.
Write what options you used in notepad, that is what i do i have a folder full of txt files dedicated to custom characters if i ever decide to return to said game, all saved on my onedrive so i don't lose it.
All the options are numbered so it's really easy to write down.
