Bugged Mud Mephits
Just wanted to mention a possible area for improvement. If you head into the Putrid Bog and hop a few islands, you will find a battle with two woodwoads and half a dozen mud mephits.

My concern is the mud mephit AI. So they spawn a bunch of other mud mephits, and at one point I had like 15 mud mephits attacking my party, which should be pretty intimidating. Only, each time it was a mephits turn, he would sit and think for probably a full 2 minutes, only to then either spawn another mud mephit, or do absolutely nothing. I THINK what is happening is that there are so many of them packed on the tight area of that island, that they end up bugging out and can't path to the party very well, so its hard for them to get into melee range. But I'm not sure - it still seemed like they were taking an inordinate amount of time to think.

Perhaps you should limit the amount of time they are allowed to think. Or, even better, since they are flying mobs, shouldn't they be able to occupy the same planar space, in multiple vertical positions? I really felt like they should have been able to path around each other more easily.

Those mobs behaviour is super wonky for sure. For me the Ancient Mud Mephits did both attack and summon new mobs, but the spawned ones never did anything.
