One thing I'm not thrilled with, is aside from Ranger, every class we can play as is duplicated by a companion character. So odds are, whatever class you want to play, it will feel redundant and will push you to keep a character out of your group even if you like them. Of course, the final version of the game hopefully won't have this problem.
However the option for a heavy armour cleric and ranger and spell casting options for the fighter so you can make a 'pseudo paladin'. And there's a cool double-hander to pick up early on.
nononononononno bard AFTER paladin
Im trying right now with a light cleric
