Concentration Spells are Worthless. Larian Fix THIS!
Take 1 HP of damage and your Concentration spell(s) go *POOF*. That does not follow D&D 5E design and it should. When struck by an attack, a spellcaster is supposed to get a Constitution Saving Throw to maintain concentration. The DC is 10 or half the damage you received, whichever is higher. And you get separate saves for each attack from multiple sources.

They do. A 60% chance of passing with a baseline +2 Con mod is in no way a guarantee.
my concentration always fails without even being hit lol Alwell . Usually I am fine anyway at least so far
I notice when my concentration is broken, of course, but I don't notice when it isn't. For example, I have Lae'Zel using a weapon that allows her to cast a spell that boosts her AC by 2. The spell does require concentration, and it will drop if her concentration is broken. However, I often go two or three fights without that happening. Most enemies prefer to attack other targets, and the ones that do attack her often miss, and the hits often don't break her concentration.

I imagine that if you have a low-AC character who is casting concentration spells that it must be very frustrating, because the AI will prefer to target that character and then a lot of those attacks will hit, which means a lot of concentration checks and so keeping a concentration spell active for more than a round might be very hard. My suggestion for dealing with that is to either increase the AC of your spellcaster or keep around someone who isn't a spellcaster who has a worse AC. That will draw enemy attacks away from your spellcaster(s) and help preserve their concentration spells longer.

The game does roll concentration saving throws. You can see them in the dice rolls above your characters' heads - a red die is a fail, a white die is a success.

Did you try to cast another concentration spell? Cause you can only concentrate on one.

The game also says 'concentration lost' if the spell duration expires, or if you knock yourself over while jumping. That last one is probably a bug.

Or if your target dies lol

If that happens, you also take falling damage which will trigger a Concentration save.
The main issue is that Larian breaks some things into little damage ticks, like fire damage, that A. makes the damage much higher and B. makes concentration saves impossible. One firebolt can be three concentration saves, so unless you autosucceed (which isn't yet possible), get stuffed, your statistically going to fail eventually.

The solution is to fix those exceptions, and keep the system as is. Although, *in general*, the rules here (max HP) make concentration worse by making combats longer.
I mean, that's how it works in TT as well. One casting of Magic Missile or Scorching Ray is going to force a save on each individual instance of damage.

The real problem is that we don't have Shield yet.

There is enough to fix without asking them to fix something that both works as intended and follows tabletop rules!

I have noticed plenty of concentration save being successful.

Oh, that should be intended-the real issue is not that there are damage sources that do multiple instances of damage, it's that there are damage sources that *shoulden't* that do. I think they may have fixed firebolt itself, but in general it seems that surfaces cause more damage than they are supposed to.
