Umbral gems
I've collected 4 of the Umbral gems but none of them fit the altar. Why?

They should. The mechanic is from your inventory you should drag the gem in the insert box. It's is not a double click thing. Just check how to do it on Youtube.

It's a bug... Just insert one after the other because they ARE being inserted, in spite of appearing in your pack. When you insert the third the door should open.

Or just use knock and ignore all gems except the one needed for a pizza elevator :>
