Is there a mod that let's you change your race?

Are you talking about changing your race mid playthrough? Just want to clarify, as there are plenty of mods that add custom races. if your looking to change mid playthrough there is a mod called Appearance Edit Enhanced on nexus that lets you change your race. (Not tested myself)

There is the Appearance Edit Enhanced, that I heard allows to edit most of the things about characters in the party. The downside is - it requires script extender, but if you don't mind it is prob. the best one.

There are also permanent metamorph spells, like The Ring of Metamorph mod. It allows to change characters looks which will also entail racial interactions, but will not change the bonuses. This one does not require script extender, although to make a full use of it one need to somewhat understand modding (to add there custom models).

Might be. I strongly not recommend using one due to the very high risk of savegame corruption.
