No. I certainly do not support any game just because of voice actor. That is neither fair to the actor nor game and the rest of the creators of the game. It depends entirely whether the game is good or not.
Like take for example Slay the Princess. It does not have anyone I recall as famous for voice acting, still it is one great game with very good voice acting.
The only memorable voice actor, putting Baldur's Gate 3 aside, I can think of is the one for Final Fantasy XV. People who have not watched the final camp scene in original Japanese missed out on one of the best scripts in gaming so far.
