Halsin Bug?

I'm in Act 2, and Halsin is able to join my out-and-about party, but I noticed that he not only has 4 wildshape options (level 10, so that's odd), but his Cave Bear wildshape option is also notably missing. I have some mods from the mod manager installed, but I've had them on this entire run and I'm hoping there's something to be done to remedy this that isn't just starting over sans mods. I tried respeccing him via Withers just in case, but that didn't change anything. Is there anything else I can try? xoxo

There have been similar threads about druids missing the wild shape and it still boils down to mods. Some mod (just try to remove them one by one) is not compatible with patch 7.

I noticed that his Cave Bear was a separate spell from all his other wild shapes.
