There's racism, sexism, misogyny, misandry, slavery, sex, ageism, ableism, violence, blood, swearing, nudity, bullying, sexual harassment, violence against the elderly, violence against children, violence against nature, blasphemy, premeditated murder, blood sacrifices, BDSM, witchcraft, race wars, racial prejudice...and that's all in Act One if you're thorough.

Now, you can play as benevolently, malevolently, or as apathetically as you want, the world and the people in it will react as they will. It's one of a hundred thousand fantasy games out there, the big thing about it is the level of social detail put into it which people enjoy screwing around with.

So far I've made A Curse of Karens, Pokemon in the Middle Ages, and the Mighty Drag Queen Squad as several themed playthroughs, I haven't even finished the main story yet, and I'm far from sick of this game.

There are gay characters, a trans character, and genders are labelled Body Type 1 - 4. I don't think a sensitive little snowflake like you will be able to handle it.

It sure is, but you can remove most of it with mods from the modhq (dot org, not com) website, so it's all good. Not on Nexus though, they do not allow woke-removing mods in their upload ToS.

The most notable ones are No Alphabets to remove politics and match the medieval expectations, Baldur's Better Aesthetics to restore proper beards to dwarves/make gith facial hair more realistic (and I'd recommend the version that also alters the NPCs to make them more sword-coast-friendly and similar to BG1), Wylls of Toril to make him bearable, and finally Character Creator/Polymorph De-.. to remove the inherent bias in the CC and human polymorph. Might also suggest "Even Better Romance" to lock them to be gender-restricted, but they're avoided easily enough through dialog choices already IMO.

You'll probably die if you try playing this game, with all of the wokeness involved. You know, the death and sex and crime. Best avoid it, and all games, altogether.

No it's not woke. It's got gay stuff in it but none of it is really forced like a woke game would.
